eets fraudulent keys?

Hello, I just won this game, but I also saw some comment asking if the key was legit so I googled eets and it seems there's been some scams with this game. How do I make sure this is ok to add to my steam account? I wouldn't want to risk it being taken by Valve or something.

All fake keys for this game have been deactivated, so your key is a legit, working key.

I haven't heard anything about the keys being de-activated, but it could just be that all the promo codes were disabled after the promo ended (I'm pretty sure it's ended right?)

Maybe he meant that all "fake Key" giveaway have been disabled on this site, so if you win Eets here it is a legit Key. The promo is still going (thats what I heard ofc.)

I'm curious about this as well. I just won a giveaway of 10 copies of Eets from a Russian dude. I have not activated the key yet because frankly I am afraid to. Are the illegitimately obtained keys actually deactivated? It seems like there are still lots of shady Eets giveaways...
