Only Eligible for BOI booster pack , got a Faerie Solitaire booster pack O_O

As title, I am only eligible for Binding of Isaac Booster Pack Drops , was playing scribblenauts halfway and got a Faerie Solitaire Booster Pack in my inventory.

Have anyone else gotten booster packs for a game that they haven gotten all the cards , or did I read the Trading cards FAQ wrongly?

EDIT :

Reread the faq, it seems to be eligible all card drops for a game must be used, but then again, my faerie solitaire still has 1 drop remaining

Please explain it to me, cause as far as I know, u can only get booster packs for games u are eligible for

just do this tactic:don't give a fuck and open/sell it,who cares afterall? it's just a pack of cards that it's like 50 cents...you won't get suspended/banned for that ;)

im more then happy that i got the pack, the problem is i bought XCOM + one of its dlcs 2 hours ago together which means I should get a summer trading card, but the badge progress > How do I get more tells me I haven bought anything from the sale (I know , what the f) and I currently have a steam support ticket open.

If you spent enough for a card, but didn't get it, try adding something to your cart, then go to your cart. You should get the card, then. I don't know why, but it has to be manually triggered sometimes. It has happened to me twice. This is similar to refreshing your inventory and having it trigger a game card, after enough time has passed.

Any purchase during the sale goes towards your $10 drop, whether the game is on sale ot not and regardless of whether or not the purchased game has cards

you are elegible for packs for all the games you have used all your drops even if they dissapear from the badges page
