Russian friends! xD

So.. nowdays everybody has Russian friend on steam, specially players in europe(because we have greatest prices).. I am writing this because i need one of these trusty Russian players, that could buy for me games(gifts), i will of course pay them in keys.. Thank you :)

Unfortunately, most RU store games are region-restricted, or only allow activation in Russia. A 2nd opinion would verify this.

i saw also and that.. i think only 20-30 games are restricted (for example. Dead Island & Borderlands 2)
