devs do this to get people who already own the game to buy it.
i already own the base game and the price would be the same for me if i didnt.
forgot i owned the game and gonna install and play it now.
its really only 1 DLC thast 0.99$ so i have no plans on buying it.
never touch the dig artbooks and soundtracks
