Your CV can drop if
- something gets retroactively bundled (you made the giveaway before, but the game didn't get added to the list until now, with the bundled date set before your giveaway creation)
- you gave away a game, but the game's base price decreased--typically happens when publisher changes price, or it gets purchase disabled, or becomes Free to Play

Definitely not bundled games issues, the only non bundled game I gave is still not on the list. Prices seem the same across the board too.

no, a support ticket can be sent and it can be a long process in some cases, but is supposed to get adjusted to the last store price. but tbh, most get lost in support ticket purgatory.
castle of illusions was adjusted after it was removed from steam store. but i gave away "carnage racing" and its store page went away. had a ticket for 11months, then just gave up and moved on.

Now that I think about it, even readjusting the CV to the last store price sounds wrong. CV should be based on the price at the moment that the giveaway was created (or ended).

If you are not sure about the base prices, you can check the game/DLC on SteamDB, which now has a price history of the latest 2 years. Purchase disabled games return as $0 and thus 0 CV.

I wish I could say that this is unilaterally the case, but sometimes things can slip through the cracks. That said, you exploited the system whether you intended to or not.
edit: According to a forum search and check of timestamps on certain posts, Racer 8 was also free at Indie Gala at the time that you made the giveaways for those as well...

I could've sworn it was from the same bundle the other DLC I gave away was a part of, the GAs were made around the same time, I can't remember details from last week let alone a year and a half ago. If I did I apologize for my poor judgement at the time.

Yes, I know that levels can drop when games get bundled but that's not the case here. And it dropped because of a 0.03 change I think, which would be too little for it to be due to bundle changes anyway. Any ideas?
