Hi guys, I was away from SteamGifts since May 2021.
I had to do a hard cut and from one day to the next I stopped logging in to my online communities because it was the best thing for my mental health at that time.
Of course, I was removed from most groups here on SG for being AFK.
However I slowly started coming back to this site since the end of October and now I feel ready to come back.

I've been considering to join more groups around here as I find myself quite an active fellow on the website and I would like to be able to connect with people and to be able to have access to a larger pool of quality games I may want to play because they are on my wishlist.
I've been on this website for 6 months now and I've been enjoy it. I'm a open person when it comes to talking and I am more than happy to talk with everybody about mostly anything that interests us both.
I'm a content creator on my spare time for Instagram, where I create motivational content to inspire others and to give pieces of advice and as well my wife and I have a YouTube channel where we create content for our gaming side.
I like to be transparent of my actions and I like when people are honest about their actions as well. I like to be opened and have deep meaningful conversations with people that I meet. I don't contact much people, unless I am contacted. I tend to be the type that minds my own business and for good reason. I am mostly busy with content creation and when I game, I like to play single player story-rich games most of the time nowadays as they really relax me and give me a lot of inspiration.
I don't like cluttering myself with too many apps opened to chat, so I avoid staying much on Discord or other programs unless it's necessary.
My activity on Steam in in two phases:
- "Working on something 🙂" which means I am probably working on something outside gaming and I also use my bot to farm cards or kinda adjust old games I've played, but never had on steam to kinda the numbers I believe I've invested in each game. E.g. I used to play Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, but I never had it on Steam before. I've purchased it recently and now I'm rising it's time spent to reflect on the amount I spent playing before, just to give a rough idea of games I've played or I'm playing. I don't do this to new games I've never touched.
- Playing a game, whatever that may be. I sometimes play with my wife something co-op or online, but mostly I avoid them and go for single play games. Alternatively, I play with my Steam friends time to time games co-op for the story or by the simple fact that my wife doesn't like the type of game, but I do. E.g. Borderlands franchise.
So, yeah. That's me. I could say more about who I am and what I do, but I don't wanna rob you of your time. I hope I've made an idea of who I am and what I want. Please have a look at my profile and my ratio. I tend to give more out than I win and that's because I love this website and I find it that it has an great community to spend time on.
PS: I don't intend to join giveaways unless I find myself playing them, so I may be picky with which ones I join, if I get accepted.

Hey, all the giveaways are available on SteamGifts, you can use your group filter or browse them on our SG group page. On top of that, naturally, we also link those on our website, but that is optional to use, you can use whatever satisfies you. Our staff will elaborate about this further in group introduction, if (when) you get accepted.

I'd like to apply, after carefully reading the rules. I'll see if I manage to stay active, that part still has me a little confused, but, I guess all will be fine, so long as I giveaway at least one good game every month and refrain from entering most giveaways, which, I already do.
Now, about me, well, I don't game a lot on PC, but I still like video games a lot, is just, that since I got introduced to gacha, I have been robbed of all my free time. Lately, I've been digging trough my PS3 backlog, with the news of it finally going down this April, well, what better time than now to play some of those games before they're gone for good. I have no idea how updates will work, I guess this is one of the problems of modern gaming and patching stuff after launch.

What is Touhou Giveaways?
Unlike the name suggests, the theme and focus of the group is not centered on Touhou - We're an inclusive giveaway group with all kind of members with various different hobbies and passions; all are more than welcome to join and enjoy the many benefits of being a member of one of the most complex giveaway groups on Steamgifts. Being more than just a simple giveaway group, we strongly encourage participating in the community by joining the group chat, or participating in gaming sessions or giveaway events we host, although it is not a requirement for joining the group.
Touhou Giveaways is a group where all, members and staff alike, strive to provide the very best gifting experience possible. What we look for in potential members
We are looking for friendly people who want to join a community-based giveaway group and who fulfill the requirements for application. We want new people to join us and have fun chatting and playing games with us, so if you're looking for a group where the focus is on community-driven activity such as this, with the giveaways being an extra, you've come to the right place. Most importantly, we want members who will care for the group and its members as much as we do, and won't treat it as just another source of free games among others - Touhou Giveaways is, at its core, and before all else, a group of friends who enjoy each other's company.
To best determine whether or not Touhou Giveaways is the group for you, we encourage you to review our group rules. We also strongly encourage joining our group chat, where the most active members participate in conversation on a daily basis. There, you can introduce yourself, ask questions, or jump in on a conversation - The chat is open to all and we're always happy to see a new face. Plus, taking the time to come visit us is a sign that you care enough to take a moment of your time to take a tour, and will definitely increase your chances of being recruited. Even if you don't apply, we'll be more than happy to have you drop by, or even be a regular visitor.
A few other minor factors may affect your odds of being recruited, such as having a positive ratio or recognition within the Steamgifts forum, but these are hardly considered in comparison to the factors mentioned above, and they shouldn't heavily affect your chances.
With that said, the only requirement for applying is to fulfill the initial requirements, and the above is only meant to give you an idea of what kind of member is more likely to make it through - The more you fit the criteria, the better are the chances that the Touhou Giveaways members and staff will pick you as a candidate. All are welcome to try their luck even if you only fulfill the initial requirements, though!
Until now we've organized a group recruitment every 3 months, with very positive results. Starting today, we've decided to maintain a single ongoing recruitment which will last until further notice. If you're wondering how things were organized in the past, feel free to check out our previous recruitment threads.
How to apply
Applying is simple - all you need to do is post a comment below and ask to be considered for membership. We encourage telling a bit about yourself, but this isn't a job application - just be yourself! The more effort you put into your application, the more likely we'll appreciate you for taking the time to post more than a generic "please invite me" message, and your chances of being invited may increase as a result.
After posting the application we'll evaluate your potential as a member and decide on your invitation. Waiting for your application to be reviewed is also one of the best moments to visit us on chat and get along with the community.
We'll usually let you know the outcome of your application in a few days since posting, but it may take up to a week if we're especially busy. If you made it in, one of our staff members will contact you shortly on Steam, where the group introduction will take place during which we'll happily show you the ropes.
