Wich games are you up to buy in summer sale?

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth and games from wishlist if at considerable discount.

darkest dungeon, if its discounted more than 66%, max payne 3 if its around 3-4 bucks, and whatever catches my eye next.

I'm going to buy any Final Fantasy if they ever make a -75% or greater discount

Something I don't have the time to play.
Probably Saint Row 4, max payne 3 and whatever goes on 90% that looks barely nice.

i have been waiting for skyrim legendary to go below 5 dollars, and i hope it does.

I know it's a lot to ask, but after buying skyrim on the PS3, and then buying the skyrim legendary on the ps3, only to be left with a broken game, i feel im entitled to a free game, but i will pay at most 5 more dollars to get it on the PC, then apply the community mods to it to make it work. I was really upset they did this.

Probably none and spend on Dota 2 stuff

If the price is low enough, Borderlands the Pre-Sequel and Tales from the Borderlands. Maybe Fallout 3 GOTY.
And of course, everything from my very long wishlist.
Everything else i am going to get from GOG, since they have GOG Galaxy now, there is no reason to buy games on steam instead, since i can buy uncut games there and have a DRM free Version i can keep a backup of and play whenever i want without the need of steam servers, region locks or such things.

GTA5 - hopefully there will be some event that will make Summer Cards value higher than now. I already have Steam Wallet for it thanks to CSGO, but the more the merrier.

Beside that, there's few games, but golden rule of "-75% or GTFO".

Valve Complete Pack. Didn't buy it in the Winter Sale because I hoped that I'll find a better deal, but didn't.
Maybe just CS:GO & Portal 1+2 if they're that much cheaper together.

Also, sucks that like 20 of 24 Games are cut in Germany. Wished I had someone who could gift me an uncut one.
