i got one of my friends that family shared his library to play it...I open the game, and closes alone...but i got a good pc so i can't play anyways :p. Thanks god im not a fan of fallout,never played any of that...but wanted to give it a try..

I had hoped I would be able to run it on very low settings, but this turned out not to be the case.
Also, I'm going to be getting a new comp in a couple months. I was going to be getting one sooner, but some unexpected expenses arose and I had to use the money on them instead.

I just build a new pc..to play Witcher 3.. Fallout 4 is also at maximum..but wicher 3 seems to have better graphics.

I can't play Fallout 4 because I didn't purchase it, because I still have Fallout 3 in my backlog, because Bethesda still didn't remove GFWL from it and because it will be cheap as chips after all that.

I was finally up to Fable III in my backlog about a month ago... and can't play it because of Games Fucked by Windows Live!!! I'm guessing Fallout 3 by far surpasses Fable 3... but I feel your flippin' pain here.

Fallout 4 doesn't have any links to Fallout 3. Btw sorry, but you haven't even tried - there's a mod pack for lazy people, a script for less lazy, and even a guide on Steam (if I remember well) how to remove GFWL from Fallout 3, it takes like 2 minutes after you read it. It's not even a problem, so if this was all that kept you from playing it - well, now you can :)

if you have time, play fallout 3 and then new vegas. there are some references in fallout 4 that you won't get and they are pretty funny and nostalgic. :3

The topic itself is not bad, it's just the question. I think it's pretty obvious and common knowledge that there are a lot of people with PC's that are not able to run games with high requirements. So asking are you the only one that can't run a specific game is a rather stupid question.

At first it would not work at all which made me sad, until I figured out to switch it to Beta & window mode on my craptop (GTX 860M). Runs great other that those issues.

I get it. I don't even see anything wrong with it on a personal level. I've seen bans hundreds of times because of this however, even when both parties believe it is a joke. The issue is that the rule is from the standpoint of a "reasonable third party". Just because those involved take it as a joke, doesn't mean others won't. You don't have to agree with it, but it is how the site is currently run. If you were to create a thread asking if people were suspended by joking about somebody gifting a game, you would come up with scores of people. Joke or not.
