But wait, didn't Disney distributed half of the Avengers and future Marvel films? Oh wait since George Lucas is part of this I can see why...

Anyone read the comics of The Knights of the Old Republic, they should make a trilogy of that as Zayne is an awesome character and the plot is great

First Marvel, and now LucasFilm/Star Wars...Anyone think Disney might next set their sights on Hasbro in the near-future, so they could cash in on the Ponies/Transformers action? (They're able to do it, too. I checked both companies' total assets - Hasbro is valued at $4 billion (the same that LucasFilm sold for), and Disney still has over $72 billion...)

And I'm neutral regarding Disney buying LucasFilm. They hadn't taken any liberties with any of Marvel's licenses yet after buying Marvel out, at least not in the nature where it would have harmed how well the Avengers film performed at the box office!
