I don't find those big, since you have to create one giveaway per month (bundled , or not bundled) and only one every 3 wins ... about the other rules I found those necessary and just to maintain the good manners from all members, but everyone have their opinion.

Do the rules regarding entering in this group count against you entering, if you are otherwise allowed to enter that giveaway according to the rules of other groups the giveaway is for? I see that some giveaways in the group I am currently in, (Unlucky-7), that also happen to be enter-able by Giftropolis members. Just want to clarify that, for when I do reach my level 3+ and ask for the invite.
EDIT: --- Found the answer to the above question within the steamgroups forums. http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Giftropolis/discussions/0/276237094330425193/ (Joining mixed giveaways, where Giftropolis is one of the groups in the mix, is not allowed, period, if you are restricted by either rule #4 (new members) or rule #11 (3 won gifts from the giftropolis group. (mixed with this group counts towards that 3)))
Also, for the monthly giveaway rule being done by the 25th, does that mean I have to start the giveaway 2 days prior, so that it gets done on the 25th, or does the done by 25th mean I have to have one started by the 25th. Better to know the rules, rather than assume. :)

Of what I understood that you are asking, you can enter mixed giveaways during the 48h period and the after 3 as long as you are in one of the other groups, but not giftropolis, also the win will count towards to you, since mixed giveaways are allowed and this help to maintain the fluid and the value (ratio) of every member too, you win 3 you give one , I don't find the lose in here. Also for the 25th day rule , 25th is the last day to make the monthly , but if by any chance some of the members doesnt have time , or other things you can always notified me that you will do it for X reasons before the end of the month :)

Hi , welcome to Giftropolis a group for those who love the act of giving! If you wants to join leave a comment, me and giftropolis moderators will decide who will enter, so please read the rules carefully
RULES :
1- Be Respectful
2- Your SG account has to be at least Lvl 3+
3- You have to make a Giveaway for the group within 48 H if not you will be kicked. ( This giveaway does not count as the monthly one, and cannot be shared with public groups).
4- Giveaway must last at least 48H ,to give all members a chance to enter >NEW MEMBERS CAN'T enter any of the group giveaways until their first group giveaway is ended.
5- Mixed Giveaways are allowed (but not with public groups)
6- Keep your Ratio positive to enter Giveaways , inactive members will be kicked. (in group)
7- You have to do one Giveaway exclusive group per month (Minimum) (Group giveaway) .
8-Your profile MUST be public.
9- Region locked Giveaways are not allowed.
10- Do not blacklist any group member , and if it is a "huge" problem , (please let me know why you are doing this.)
11 For every 3 won games in wich this group is you will have to do an "exclusive" giveaway for the group wich has to last at least 48h, during this time you CAN'T ENTER any other GA of the group, until yours is ended.
12 If you win , say thanks to the creator , to show some gratitude doesn't harm anybody.
13Your value in group must be positive always, it's ok to dig under a little but -2.0 will be the "deadline"
14 Monthly giveaway needs to be done by the 25th of every month.
15 Monthly giveaways must be 10p minimum ( This is just for the monthly ones)
