You should install as many gigaRAMs as you can get. Also velociraptor protection. And racing stripes. Fuck yeah racing stripes.

Doesnt have to put as many as he can get. 32GB are enough. Stripes though are essential.

He needs 3 billion gigaRAMs. At least. Less if they are painted red though.

Only if it is compatible with your PSU driver.

You can always save some money for RAM by downloading more.

"i don't know which model ASUS or EVGA or MSI"

It doesn't really matter.

"Z87 SLI motherboard don't know which model should i pick"

Depends, are you going to be overclocking? What features do you want? I like the MSI Z87-G45 Gaming motherboard personally, it looks nice coupled with the MSI GeForce GTX 760/770 Twin Frozr graphics cards if you like a red and black colour scheme.

"should i pick 700 power supply don't if its enough"

It's plenty.

"Intel core i7-4770k"

If it's just for gaming a 4670K will serve you just as well.

"can all this handle the today games on max settings"

Depends on your resolution but probably, yes.

About the GPU all these brands are equal in terms of quality-reliability and cooling.
A good choice is the Gigabyte 770 too. So go for the cheapest!

I recommend a Corsair TX Series PSU. 700-750w is more than enough for 4770K + GTX770 even if you plan to upgrade to SLi (a GTX770 will not draw more than 200W)

Most of the components you listed above are an overkill for gaming.
IMO drops the K at the end of the proc, and the SLI, you dont need that for gaming, just as you don't need OC.

I can say that:
Xeon E3 1230v3 3,3GHz(equal to 4770K under clocked a bit)
16GB DDR3 1600 CL7 RAM
GTX 770 4GB

Runs the games I tested rather nicely. At 2560x1440... Though I don't have too many new games...

You should really put it into a table, or at least a bit organized... I'd be willing to go like "Whoa man, that is sick!" but yeah... this is unreadable
