Is it worth using these Groupees coins for preorders? I've read some people's coins have appreciated since they received them, but maybe those are the original and older coins? It seems all of them are a static price anymore. So, no reason to save them, right?

the only way to use the coin is after the bundle goes live in order to offset the cost.
if you gathered a bunch of coins, you could use them to buy this bundle after it goes live. It'll most likely be tiered and the highest tier will be $5 (I think)

Which is what I gathered from reading the reviews of the game before. It seems it has more notoriety for the drama surrounding it than the actual gameplay. Not a good recipe.

Yes exactly. The gameplay is repetitive and gets boring real fast. Controls and view angle is also pretty bad. There is pretty much 0 plot. But even though onemorebundle were really close to hatred devs, I don't understand how they can do this cheap move while their bundle is still going on. I guess they don't care much about their customers.

Fair enough. But honestly I have the same sentiments about Groupees with the whole blind pre-order nonsense, especially since much of their offerings these days are mostly shovelware. If they were completely transparent about bundle contents I wouldn't complain... but they aren't. It's a dishonest and shady business practice as far as I am concerned.

Well it is short to be sure but pick up a copy of Harlan Ellison's short stories and you won't be disappointed... I bought the HiB books bundle a while back but I'm pretty sure you can find it in your local library or online :-)

Bacon Rebellion looks retarded. Apart from just another generic overhead twin-stick arena shooter of course. It's something I'd expect to see on a free flash site.
Concerning Hatred, my impression of it is that it is mediocre at best. And before some idiot wants to trumpet the fact that it somehow has a positive rating on Steam, try actually reading the content of the reviews. It's not always about the numbers, and they can sometimes be misleading. Anyway, I just read through the top dozen or so 'most helpful' and all of the positive ones I saw don't even qualify as reviews. They were little more than comments intended to be funny, yet people stupidly upvoted them.
edit: also watched or read reviews from Totalbiscuit, Jim Sterling, and SplatterCat and they all basically say the same thing

Hmmm, yesterday he was repeatedly posting "kek", insisting it to be a hint. As it's another form of saying "lol" and this game's name is somewhat "lol" abbreviated (Land Of Lamia) it would make sense somehow.
I agree, this would be great, it's just that this game doesn't seem very spooky or Halloween related to me, which makes it improbable again.

You know what - on second sight and after watching the trailer I tend to consider this game possible. After all it says "World of Monsters" in the subtitle and it features this (see picture) in the trailer. A bit spooky, ain't it?!
It further more fits this hint: "cyanic's hint: (Early Access, Adventure, Puzzle, Story Rich)"
