Checking Region Restrictions

To my knowledge you cannot search from supplier. Some suppliers will show you the region locks when you are buying the keys, then I usually note it down in a file.

HB usually will show you the restrictions when you try to make the key into a gift.

Also if you are only talking about bundles, you can check the forum here. Usually there will be a thread for every new bundle with region locks posted as far people are aware of them.
