he blacklisted after you won it. So just wait for him to send it or mark it as not received. I doubt adding him is going to lead to anything besides him blocking you.

You don't need to be able to view the giveaway to get the key if he sends it. But since he blacklisted you he probably won't, just wait 7 days and mark not received.

Yeah he can't reroll if he put you in blacklist after you entered, unless he has a strong reason.
