If you have a bunch of keys for games that are on the "no-CV" list, I think CV is overrated!
Honest answer... I guess I do think CV is a little bit overrated. I've seen people mention that your odds of winning increase as you move up levels. Maybe that's true for some; that hasn't really been true for me. Almost all of my wins have been whitelist or group giveaways with no level requirement.

I don't know if CV is really overrated or not, but it makes for a good thread title!
Anyway, I present to you a collection of giveaways in which the games are now on the "no-CV" list because they were (apparently) freely available in large quantities. If you weren't paying attention when they were free, here's another chance.
Giveaways are level 1, and run for one week.
