is it allowed to ask to trade a key from other platform for other things of steam?

i don't know if it's allowd to do that, i just got a key from other platform (Origin), but i dont want it, i want to trade with someone for something on steam. is it allowed? Or could i create a gift here pointing this out? i really dont know

Allowed to trade it where? Certainly not on Steamgifts, since trading here is against the website's rules. In general though? Yes, I don't see why not.

As for the giveaway, no - All keys/gifts/links must be redeemable on Steam. That's kind of the whole point why it's called Steamgifts. ;D

yea, thought so. welp, do you have any suggestions where can i trade this key? its an mass effect trilogy for origin, that i got from kinguim. i was dumb enough to totally miss the "origin" before betting. some site, some place, whatever, i just want to get rid for other something on steam. i really dont know much about these things.

damn, i'm so pissed. :(
