Can you gift a gifted Humble key?

Bit of a weird situation.

I was gifted a game through HumbleBundle. He bought the game, checked the "purchase as gift" and typed in my email. I received it, clicked on it, linked my Steam account and tried to redeem but I can't because we live in different countries.

Can I gift this key to someone else? My friend already has this game and Humble is seemingly refusing to grant him a refund so we don't know what to do.

EDIT: Just to make sure because apparently there is a different. The game was Monster Hunter Wilds and it was bought in the Humble Store. Does that change things?
