I ask them for LIKES and I create 1 giveaway every 100 likes = EVERYONE CAN JoIN THESE GIVEAWAYS!

Hmm, Are they asking users to perform any special action in order for their entry? it sounds like they are asking for a special action to create a giveaway with no restriction on entry...It is a dick move, but I am not sure if it violates the sights rules...

actually it's not a ref likk - it's indication for FB to where the entry to the page came from.

Which doesn't change the fact that OPs advertisement is against Sg rules and he simply wants to make a valuable like-farm at the cost of few cents which is a shitty move ;p
