So I clicked on your link and it is still in Korean even with the cc=us at the end, or am I doing this wrong?

I think the link is actually http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=us
At least that one is working for me.

I have the same issue in the browser.
When I trade with people oversea's it is nice to see what the game prices are for them for I use the cc=gr or cc=au or whatever it may be.
My steam store in-browser is currently in german or something. Google chrome just auto-translates it though.

Language is one thing, but checking prices in different currencies is another one.
Dolar vs Euro vs Russian store for example. I use "Steam US", "Steam RU" in Google etc to switch prices. Last one I entered that way will be my "default" store when I click on links etc.

Thanks again now I know to check language if it ever happens again.

I don't know how it got like this and yes I haven't googled it but I figure why not ask here.
Thank you for any help with this.
