While TC seems to be a greedy complaining leach, the group seems to give only a short while to 'claim' your win before you miss out.
It is possible that they would get a lot of 'unclaimed' prizes, but hey, look at all the stuff they offer, obviously worth joining. :P

It's not my place to comment on the validity of the steam group, as I have no proof whether or not they're reputable. The person may have their inventory gifts set to private, it may be a steam key, or they may have been planning on purchasing the game after the giveaways ended - no need to make claims that the person doesn't own the game yet. However, I would be put off if a winner displayed that kind of annoying, impatient attitude towards one of my giveaways.
You won their giveaway, I'm sure the person has realized that after the first time you told them, but you insist on repeating yourself multiple times, spamming them. Instead, try to give them some time to deliver it when they're free, rather than harassing them every 5 minutes. He acknowledged you and asked for some time as they're busy with homework, try to respect that.
What you should've done is just message once after adding them, informing them that you've won. After that, you should've just waited 48 hours patiently as stated, and if they did not deliver it in that time-frame, just leave the group since it can't be trusted. Not like you lost anything.

At least one winner got the game. Perhaps some patience would have been in order. Can't state whether or not the group scams at all, but this evidence speaks to the contrary. However, I could understand them getting annoyed and delay rewarding someone, or even consider revoking a win. God knows I'd consider it.
