Have you tried sending them an email asking to accept your friend request? I had some issues last week sending the gift by mail, had to contact the receiver and befriend them first.
EDIT: missed that the receiver already got that game, just request a reroll.

it seems like your winner that marked it non-received already has the game - make sure you still have that copy to giveaway then you can also request reroll saying that winner already has gift...at least, that's my impression since i don't know all the details

today i got my first "not recieved" from a user. The problem is, i've sent the gift through steam on email twice, it came back. I tried to friend him on steam but no luck there. What do? ;_;
