No, the games doesn't appear in their library. It was the DTM 2014 DLC for Raceroom. Raceroom base game is free for activating the various DLC packs/games. They have one DLC/game activated for raceroom.

Force confirmation. The only GA not activated for me was a troll that activated the game on another account, I requested a new winner but of course the key was not working and I could not deliver the game...

Well, actually he's taking his time replying and is scared it will not appear in his games list etc.

I made a GA and 1 week has now passed.
The winner hasn't confirmed that he received it. I sent the key through SG about 15 minutes after it ended. I sent a friend request the same day which they accepted. Since then I've sent 2 messages asking wether the key worked as it isn't in the usual steam format. No reply at all although they appear to be online all the time (probably a bot farming cards).
Should I request a new winner risking that the key doesn't work any more or force confirmation of receiving it? The winner didn't have any bad marks on sgtools.
