Twitter Notification

That really shouldn't be necessary considering that you're A. Sent the gift over email. B. Sent the gift over Steam directly. C. Have a big green banner that doesn't go away until you update the feedback on the giveaway. Incorporating Twitter might be more of a hassle than sending email notifications, but so far, external notifications haven't really been in the works.
