To win a giveaway

There will be a green bar on your page, notifying you of your win, and you'll have usually 7 days to respond before the GA creator might ask for a re-roll. So, to answer your question: No, you don't need to be online 24/7 here.

You'll see a green banner saying that you have won a giveaway whenever you log into Steamgifts. You then have a week to claim your prize (after the giveaway ended).
