I just gave away a copy of insurgency and the person thanked back on an email but has not marked he received on here. What's next? What happens if he doesn't have it marked as received?

Wait one week, if he has not marked as received, create a support ticket with proof that you sent and his reply

Edit: well, before that, you can kindly remind him to mark as received.
