That does happen often, not sure why.
You can manually hide such games, by hitting the 'Eye' icon to the right of the giveaway title.

It's because Quadrant M4 was removed from Steam. Due to the Steam API SG doesn't recognize it just like it doesn't recognize DLC or games packages with DLC, like GOTY editions. You'll need to manually hide it on SG as CultofPersonalitea mentioned above.

Happens with games when they rerelease as a complete edition under a different appID or when the game is removed from Steam.
Just hit the little eyeball icon on the giveaway page, and the giveaways for that appID will no longer appear in your feed. Beware that you'll still run across them in trains and private event giveaways. But those are foten caught by someone else who makes mention of it, to warn off anyone else.

Thanks to everyone here for telling me to manually hide it! I wasn't aware that was a feature. And yes, I had noticed it was removed from steam it must be from that.

Quadrant M4 is a game I already won and yet it constantly shows up in my giveaway feed. Yes, I have synced my account already but it still somehow does not recognize I already have the game. Also yes, I made sure to tick not to show games I already own in the settings panel.
