Yakuza from current choice is region locked.
You can check the restrictions here.

You can only delete the giveaway if the winner allows it.
Edit:
Yeah you can get him a key for his region and use your key for a giveaway with the correct regions.
Or you could ask him if its fine for him to delete the giveaway and if he agrees then create a ticket.

So you could use your key with restrictions for only EU

HB has restrictions on many games they sell and the worst is you aren't allowed to ask their support which resrictions they have, cause if you mention something like giveaway or trade, they will ban you. Even if you buy it full price from their store and not in bundle.

If you have your games unrevealed in Humble Choice, you can click on the link to create a gift link, and it will list the regions where that particular key is not available.
Be careful not to actually create the friend link. Just click on the first button ("Gift to friend on Steam" or equivalent), note the regions affected and close that popup.

From my experience, Humble has a lot of weird restrictions (and some extremely specific and somewhat random) and it's a bit of a pain setting them up because sometimes the restrictions that SG has as presets aren't complete. And I notice that especially in 50/60/70 euro games, like WWE 2K23, Back 4 Blood, Injustice 2 and the list goes on and on. That list includes Yakuza too, obviously.
My advice is to check the bundle threads here on SG, if you buy from bundles. And unfortunately, it's getting more and more common that the games are resctricted to certain places, because of the million currencies that exist, wars, politics, certain themes in certain countries, anything really.

Thanks to you too. I learned a lot about the backgrounds of the restrictions.
I will definitely check some sources "here and there" before creating a new GA and therefore any possible hassle.
Gifting something should be fun, not work and headache. lol

Know that you can usually determine this by clicking on the "gift link" on your purchase page. You receive a warning when the key is region locked and where.
Edit: Raggart was quicker than me

Hey gifters
A small problem came up regarding a GA (Yakuza: Like a Dragon) that ended today. The winner says, that he cannot activate the game in his region (Brazil I suppose, following his Steam profile).
That's the first time I had that problem. One of the reasons I like HB, is the non-restriction on their keys... I thought.
Do you guys have a tip how to deal with this? I don't want to let the guy hanging, he won the key after all. I could get him a ROW key or something like that. Should I simply delete the GA? Re-roll another winner?
Any ideas? Would be much appreciated, so I can avoid the problem in the future or have a plan.
THX, keep gaming!
