What should I do with won region locked game?

Hello, 3 weeks ago I won a game but author of GA told me that I must change my location to Russian Federation to radeem gift. I don't trust things like this so I refused, apologized creator and told him to make a reroll.
That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing, what can I do now with the GA? Mark as "Not received"? It wouldn't be fair I think...
What do you think, SG Community? And sorry for another discussion within a one week! : (

Just mark it as "not received" and move on. Since you already told them to reroll, you've done your part.

Did you get a key you can redeem in your region?
No. → It was not received, mark it as such and move on.
It is the creator's responsibility to provide accurate region descriptions.

Try contacting the creator again at steam by friending him and explain him that you wont go through what he said and if you cant reach him Create a ticket at support explaining the situation and asking their advice

Okay, marked as no received. I tried one more time to contact GA creator, but he ignored my message so...

did you post in the giveaway? if he don't reply state there whats up and he needs to reroll it or delete it. that way he can see it if he ever bothers to check the ga.

this. but leave it as not received to protect yourself from a potential suspension. if it gets re-rolled, it will disappear from your profile anyway.

Okay, so I unmarked "Not received"... I hope GA creator will answers me and reroll this game. I don't want to have problems and don't want to make problems.

Sounds to me like the giveaway creator did not create a region lock. A re-roll would probably pick another winner from the wrong region. Only sensible thing is to allow a deletion of the giveaway.
