Can You Win More Than 1 Version of the Same DLC on Steamgifts?

I have a giveaway for the Darwinia soundtrack, and one of the person that entered has already won the same soundtrack before. Is it allowed on here to win the same DLC/Soundtrack?

No, if the guy who win already have the game/dlc/soundtrack, you're in the right to ask for a reroll
Actually you should report it because he's trying to exploit the system

It's a common problem here at SG. You can't enter a giveaway for a game you own, but you can for any DLC, either you own it or not. If he wins, the right thing to do is report him and ask for a reroll.
