I have, none. I almost got everything on Deus EX: HR and Darksiders (1) but I gave up after getting like 95% of it.
Some day I will probably have all the achievments on Binding of Isaac, I'm not trying to get them all, I'm just playing it so much from time to time that the only reason I would ever stop is probably if I beat the game 100% (as in getting every achievment...)

No, I don't even try to get achievements, i don't really need them...

I have 33% on TF2 and 31% on Limbo :)

PvZ and HL2 + episodes so far. Two games that I consider impossible to get all achievements in: Garrys Mod and Universe Sandbox...

The Walking Dead - because you have them all unlocked when you finish the game.

I have to finish a game first, to get all of the achievements. I don't have one game completed, in my library other then Braid, in which all achievements are completed.
