I need your advice, because i won from some our Russian friend a gift (the giveaway was restricted for Poland people), and when he send me the game, it was restricted to Russian Federation (and Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Republic of, Tajikistan, Turkenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine). He dont want this gift back, then after a week i marked it as not recived. And here I have a question: Can i give this gift for Russian people who will be pleased with this game?

screencap him refusing to take the gift back, or even better - contact support first - this way he cannot later on accuse you of feedback fraud and regifting ;)

You win his giveaway too, he do a giveaway lvl 10 (public) and he give russian copies. What you did with your gift?

I didn't accept the gift as you are supposed to do so in such a cases ;) Then I marked as not received ;)

But i think it wasnt region lock, i just get email with russian alphabet but i still believed its not region locked

it was region locked - when you get email and click the link to accept your gift on Steam - the steam window with gift in it said in red letters that this was a restricted gift copy. IUn this window you have 2 options - accept and decline the gift. You choose decline if the gift is not the same thing that was given away (in this case ROW copy)

just make sure he doesn't want the gift back, and that he knows you are gonna mark the GA as not-received.

when i ask him: You want this gift back or i can just mark it as not recived? He says : Mark as not recived

this will not do - you used OR form, which may be interpreted as exclusive choice. You should mark it as not received and ask him whether he want his gift copy back. If he says no - then you may keep it. But better - contact support just in case.

BASTOS / card drop: and you will ask for reroll
BASTOS / card drop: or i will click you dont recive me this gift
BASTOS / card drop: what do you prefer?
*****: put a tick that you didn't get a gift

ok - still don't understand why are you so opposed to the easiest and best sollution - just write a damn support ticket and you will be 100% sure what you should and can do ;p
