Only reason to have it is as a +1 on your games list - that is the only reason I would have it anyway :}

I know somebody who traded it for GTA V. But then the GTA V got revoked.

I think it's worth more in CV if you make a giveaway (specially if you're below lvl 5) than you'd ever get in trades, but that's just my opinion.

I know a guy that pays 2 CS:GO keys for a ROW HB gift link.
I couldn't sell mine to him because my gift link is for South America.

It's worth something, I just don't know what. It really depends on wether you can find someone that actually wants it and is willing to pay something for it. An item in a trade is worth as much as someone is willing to give for it. It all comes down to what people want to give for it and how much you value it. If you want say $10 for it and people would pay max $5 for it, you won't get a trade.

I'd say try to see what people want to give for it and decide wether or not it's worth it to you.
