Wait for about a week, then you may mark your support as not received.

Seriously though. That's nothing compared to my 11 open support tickets ranging from 1 to 21+ day/days old.

Funny thing i always got replied in less than 24 hours, i might be lucky i guess...

you dont even know. Support for steam you'd be lucky to get a response in a week

Steamgifts, there is no such thing as marking your ticket as not received I guess (at least I couldn't find any option to do so).

Mine has been 5 days. Wonder if anybody actually cares at all..

Jump bump the ticket and wait.

If you haven't received a reply of some sort within three to seven days (depending on its urgency), "bump" the ticket by replying to it yourself. Keep in mind that Support are all volunteers and have other things going on in their lives.

As the first reply said, it's normal. Last year, it took more than a week for Support to answer my ticket. It depends on luck I guess.
