I didn't also win it, my first guess just also was that the game you won was Tropico 4 because it's being given away for free right now, so less people enter etc.

Tropico 4 might mean a few problems with the giveaway:

There are some versions of Tropico 4 including some DLC that are not free, those versions are still OK to do giveaways for, if the game key really contains said DLC.
Check this when activating your won game, so your account won't be marked with a non-redeemed game.

I won the Special Steam Edition which is the one they're giving away

You can still get the game for free yourself through Humble.
Good luck in future giveaways, and keep up with just entering giveaways for games you would actually play, if everyone did that we would all have an easier time winning games we would play :)

I say ignore it for now in case the giveaway gets deleted. If the giveaway for some reason is still active in 7 days and you have activated your own key from humble, write a comment about it in the giveaway and the giveaway creator can ask for a reroll/new winner.

the HB keys for tropico are only valid for 8 days according to the message in the purchase page:
"The redemption deadline is September 17th, 2016 at 10:00 AM Pacific. You have 8 days left!"

Just a heads up that while you can wait for 7 days to activate your HumbleBundle key (if you choose to grab one), they are only giving it away for free for a little more than a day.

The good thing is that you now have an infinite ratio so you can enter all sgtools giveaways(that limits by ratio)

There are some giveaways on the forum that uses a tool named sgtools (Like this one) http://www.sgtools.info/giveaways/bf64e9bb-7681-11e6-ac1d-04019cc0dc01 uses ratio as a limit , as you have 0 won gifts, you can enter all the ones based on ratio ( sent / won )
