How much is the estimated time for the Admins to answer a support ticket?

Hours to 2 weeks. It really does vary. I've had some answered within hours, I've had some sit for 2 months without an answer.

Very few people to answer them with easily hundreds or more coming in each day

Some time after creating the ticket, maybe.

I would say no longer then a month but usually around 2 weeks and 1 week at best :)
