This explains why I found a trader with a crapload of Dragonia keys. At least I traded an otakumaker game for it, so it wasn't exactly a bad trade

That link isn't sketchy, it's just the owner does not assign DNS to that and they probably have regular HTTP port assigned to something else, therefore they use alternative e.g 8000 or 8080 - as long as those aren't reserved ports.
