How do I create a give away for a key that i have?

Evolve was removed, because people were breaking the rules by giving away Alpha copies, rather than the full game as rules require for giveaways.

So, you can dump the keys here, or give them to people who post, but you wouldn't have been allowed to make a giveaway with those keys either way.

Alpha/beta keys and the likes are not allowed to be given away through Steamgifts. Hence why it's not an option.

You can't giveaway alpha keys, thats why Evolve got removed from the list.
