Does feel weird that isn't clarified. Though, one'd assume it's free given that it's categorized in "Deals".
It'd be in rather bad taste to promote a trade as a deal, after all.

If you mean the source code, it's from the linux kernel, and is a part of the memory manager, actually a part of a memory allocation routine
