Entering for DLC without base game.

Well you can enter the giveaway. But if you don't have the base game you can't actually use it.

In the FAQ it says

"Only enter for DLC if you have the required base game."

Yes I know but earlier it was button missing a base game and if u don't have the game u couldn't enter
Why someone enter for that giveaway if he could use it?
Admin should suspend that person.

I just reported some of them. Admin will suspend them ??
