Is this shop legit?

Hey guys,

so I've found that game I want to buy is a bit cheaper than anywhere else in this keyshop I guess : https://www.gamers-outlet.net/ but I am not sure if it's legit or not. Maybe someone bought something here and can confirm/deny?

It gets decent reviews, and only seems to have the problems of any other online shop.
No idea where they get the keys and won't speculate, though.

Shops says it is American, registered in Israel, uses GMail as its mail server.
