I'm on mobile so I won't look for it, but some gossip mag Photoshopped the model to be thinner. Coyldnt have spent more than 20 seconds on it. There were corners of the old shoulder / arm quite possible

Worst? Possibly not, but one of the most hilarious uses of a photoshopped image
A bit of background might be needed, if you've never seen this one before. Back in 2008, an Iranian state-owned news outlet "improved" an image of a missile launch. Of course this was noticed, and the internet had a field day posting imaged with further "improvements". One of those was the one linked in this post. In 2012 a state-owned news channel in Iran used this image to showcase how their missile program had progressed.
Also, look carefully, there's a face hidden in there. Do you see it?

Yep. It's not the first or the last time something like that has happened, but it's one of the most obvious ones.
