BLAEO is actually also for making special lists for PoP. So we say it's mandatory to have a profil there.

After giving you so much trouble to get here... I'm sorry to say, that we're still not there. See, we have this rule for application:
"You must have played at least 10% of your wins OR a minimum of 40 games"
Sadly you haven't finished even one of your wins. So I can't invite you at this point to join us. I'm very sorry :(

i see, i got to finish the games. well what if i finish two games then can i join? and what does finishing a game mean? Does it mean 100% it? Or just playing until the end

Completing the main storyline/mission counts as finishing the game. You don't need to 100% the game.
I think you may have to beat 3 games to meet the requirement, if the rules haven't changed, you have to beat 15% of your wins. Please confirm it with Ninglor03.

Tricky. On Play a game you won on steam gifts (pagywosg) we say you have to reach 25% of the achievements there. Soooo... mhmh. Is that possible?
(Pagywosg is also great way to get into playing your games xD)

FAQ
Q: Do I have to play 7 games every cycle?
A: NO! The more the merrier, but just finishing two is enough to complete the "challenge"!
Q: Do I have to participate every cycle?
A: No. You can take a break whenever you want, just don't sign up before the next picking phase starts. However, you must participate in at least, 2 out of 4 cycles in a year.
Q: Why is BLAEO mandatory?
A: It makes picking a LOT easier. As you can see here
