There is a three line code in the latest steam update which might hint at that. Thread about it can be found here.
You can check it out yourself by navigating to your steam/public folder and look for steamui_english.txt. Search for the word borrow. You will see the following code:
"SteamUI_JoinDialog_SharedLicense_Title" "Shared game library" "SteamUI_JoinDialog_SharedLicenseLocked_OwnerText" "Just so you know, your games are currently in use by %borrower%. Playing now will send %borrower% a notice that it's time to quit." "SteamUI_JoinDialog_SharedLicenseLocked_BorrowerText" "This shared game is currently unavailable. Please try again later or buy this game for your own library."
I have beta client so not sure if it's available in the normal one.
So what do you think about it?
Edit: Thread is already made for it. Closing this.
