At 19 March 2014 I got mss steam support : http://i.imgur.com/lnef9Xi.png

So I tried to send mss asking why I got account locked and steam support answer me that : http://i.imgur.com/dXlFQbP.png

That mean steam support may think I hacked other steam account which I didn't. In the past I helped my friend add steam wallet by logged in to his/her account but I never steal items, never noted password and he/she agree to let me do this, only help him add steam wallet fund so I sent my evidence and proof to steam support

And today I got this from steam support : http://i.imgur.com/Q2juMWu.png

So steam won't help me even I am not hijacked other steam account and now all games I have are became a Big junks. I can't even activate my steam gift

Note : Here is my assumption

Please help me figure out this problem please (but now I want to speak with Steam Support stuff much)

Well first off, do you even recall anything related to you exposing your credentials or maybe having an impersonator?

As far as I checked, I never have an impersonator and yes I told them about my reputation I have already(but I can't know they interested that point)

I'd say you have following choices (or rather steps to go through):
1) open another ticket, explain everything detailed, probably ask you friend to open a ticket telling what you've done for him.
2) go to you buyers rights organisation. They might advise about your futher steps or even open a case for you.
3) if nothing works, there is one last place where people can defend themselves and prove their innocence: court.

Also try social media..I know a lot of companies don't like bad publicity in public so you should post on reddit, twitter, fb, etc.

Now steam support answered my new ticket with err... idk, lazy guy, he said : "Please do not open multiple tickets for the same issue. We answer all tickets as we are able to—opening more tickets only slows down the process for you and our other customers."

I don't personally think he is one of those guys who swears when something bad happens, neither rage.
If you see on he's writing, he is calm and mature.
About the problem, i don't wanna make you sad but this problem can't be solved as far as i know. Only if you go to steam's office and explain yourself there.

Well I understand your point but since I still not know the true and steam support still not showing what bad thing I've done, all I know is helping my friend can buy item in TF2 game or Steam store and sry but I can swear that I never scammed people or even revenge other people, never want to do that since it's against my believe and it relates to my religion(Buddhism) btw.

Anyway, yes my problem seem hard to fix but all depend on steam support and I don't want to go to steam's office just for this problem I've got from steam support since all I want is activate my steam gift for my student in my house(I am tutor and have student 40+ to take care of and when my students have done assignments, I allow them to use my game on my steam account but will close chat and trade ofc). I still hoping they will answer my new ticket soon(3rd tickets for now)

From now I still got the same answer from Steam Support (German) "We can't help you in this case" Well, I think I have to provide all evidence I have for steam support.
