Do you have any game you want really hard?
I'd say that CS:GO isn't. The spectator mode is near perfect after 5 years of development, making it the ESports giant that it is.
The gunplay is the perfect mix between arcade-y and realistic. Plus, I've never played a game that is so balanced.
It runs extremely well on almost any machine and there's a minimalistic amount of bugs.
Also, don't forget the cheap price of entry.
Skyrim on the other hand. It's addictive, but it's very bare bones and it's carried by the modding community. Bethesda themselves are a truly lazy game development team.

The best example is Fallout 1&2 vs. Fallout 3 vs. Fallout: New Vegas vs. Fallout 4.
Fallout 1&2 - Developed by Interplay Entertainment.
Extremely detailed, the world has characters and every single person has their life and story. Skills determine how you'll be able to play the game and you can only find out about it through trial and error. Villains are villains and heroes are people.
Fallout 3 - Developed by Bethesda
An empty shell of a game, no attention to detail. Moral choices boil down to Hitler or MegaJesus. All characters are expendable and the combat is as simple as possible, including the skill and perk system. Villains boil down to President Eden and the ending is one of the, if not the worst in the video game history.
New Vegas - Developed by Obsidian Entertainment
While it's no 1 or 2, it is definitely more detailed than 3. Characters have a moderate amount of depth and the world has actual things in it. Branching storylines, great DLC and so on.
Fallout 4 - Developed by Bethesda
Improved combat, but nothing special. It's got a better coat on, nothing really else. Dialogue wheels, main character voice acting and more things that are apparent improvements, but only really serve to hinder the series, since the mainstream audience thinks that these things are actually good for the series, even though it requires even more money now to add more detail.

Because it's not perfect?
It's still one of the most balanced, if not the most balanced game out there.
Now, the reason why there are balance updates are these three things:
1) The game is not perfect and no one claimed it to be
2) A lot of those balance updates are actually just rebalancing for the sake of making the game more fresh for the casual audience, to keep the game alive and not monotonous, to learn new patterns and gameplay mechanics. Take the latest rifle balance update. The update that was never necessary, but it just changed the shooting patterns up, so it wouldn't still be the classic "learn the spray pattern and only tap when extremely necessary". It is now focused on burst firing, but now due to the nerf to spraying, it might be less wise to stay close to someone. Medium range is where it's at. But the lovely thing here is that ESports never changed due to it, since the pros are barely altered by this, since the changes are pretty minimal for people with high skill levels. Same also goes with sound updates. It's not important, yet it's still a small improvement, since it forces people to adapt.
3) New content gets added and everything will have to be altered slightly to have the combinated force to combat the new items in an efficent manner. Classic example, the R8 Revolver, which was extremely overpowered when it came out. Now it's slightly underpowered due to the Deagle still being the one headshot cannon. It's still being balanced, so it'll become more and less useful as updates roll in.

An action-oriented role-playing style dungeon crawler game set in a large world, with a gigantic map that has myriads of small details and things to discover. The world has an extensive lore that is mostly used as a background scenery and flavour in the game with no real plot significance. It is barely used for anything other than writing up some cool-sounding names and backstories for the various unique weapons and apparel you find while scavenging or looting the boss type creatures.
You are playing as a special kind of hero who ends up inadvertently being the only creature in the entire game world who is capable of preventing a major disaster. To do that, you must visit several dungeons, many using their own small gimmick of reaching the end boss. Each dungeon and boss has a good amount of currency or loot to hoard, including a few items that can be used in tricky ways to break many of the game's intended mechanics. Also, to reach said dungeons, you must traverse through the world and slay hordes upon hordes of hostile creatures.
You are free to develop your character's combat specialisation in several way, but you main focus is still usually melee with some magic spells, resulting in a rather hack & slash type gameplay.
Which of the two series am I talking about?

None of them, none of them have hack and slash type gameplay and skyrim has a big storyplot and hundrends of quests and the big part of the lore is constantly shoved down your throat. The progression and levelling system have nearly nothing in common. In dark souls you're not the only creature who can or wants to end/extend the cycle (Solaire) but you're the one who ends up doing it because otherwise ther'd be no game :P and both endings lead to the same thing anyways, an infinite cycle between the age of light and dark there's no real "disaster" whilst in skyrim the fucking universe is gonna end xD idk if you've played any of them since you don't own any but they are both really different games and can't be compared

I tried doing that one too, looked at the entries when I was half way through and I just gave up lol.
I can't wait to get my hands on Rise of the Tomb Raider 'cause TR is my favorite series since I was a little kid. I only watched the trailer a long time ago and nothing else because I want to experience it fully without being spoiled. I've been saving up from selling trading cards to get it, so now I'm just waiting for either a winter or random sale.

I wanted Darkest Dungeon but a certain generous user gifted me the game after I won a group rocket league tournament :3 I suppose the renowned explorers DLC is my current #1 as I've enjoyed the base game quite bit, but I'm not really in a rush to get it.

I keep a text file on my laptop with a list of my most-wanted games. I'm not really even sure why.

Been trying to win it but haven't had any luck yet.
Also, I know that concrete puzzle, had the frame all done for it but just couldn't see myself finishing it lol

It's your opinion ^^ even when I'm a huge fan, who loves the games are me, it's stupid pretended all will be think "that's a great game" or "that sucks". We all have our differents opinions, unless when Activision or EA comes, then all thinks "you suck guys" xDD

You have a point. I had so much practise, so I'll pass the game in the hugest difficult but in some places, if you shot bad one time, caput xD It was frustrating sometimes. I like more the 2 that the 3 xD so I don't recomend you the 3 if you don't like the 2.
