Dune II, then later C&C. This looks like a really similar game, glad to learn about it and thanks for the chance! 🙏🏻

Truly classic RTS games, thank you for reply

Dune II too. While lacking the features of later RTS's of that era (Warcraft, C&C), I still enjoyed playing the three campaigns and meeting that last damn map against all factions at once. Most notably, multiple unit selection in Dune II would make it easily my fav RTS ever.

Outpost 2 demo, then Age of Empires shortly after.

played the first C&C in net cafes back in the day. But I wouldn't complete a game campaign until I got my first computer, when I was in highschool. One of the first games I got with that PC was C&C Generals. Good memories.

Dune 2 was my first , then follow by Warcraft, C&C, Age, etc .. being a young French player I didn't really understand the story, but it didn't stop me from enjoying them :)
I played them in solo and even in lan with my father and brothers :)

My first experience with the genre was Warcraft 2 shareware, my first complete RTS was C&C Red Alert, later followed by Age of Empires and Starcraft

Dune II started my RTS-crazy phase in the late '90s - oh the joy of watching enemy units destroy their own bases thanks to my Ordos Deviator legion. :-D
That was followed by C&C. C&C: RA, Warcraft 1 to 3, Starcraft, AoE 1 & 2 and a little Age of Mythology before I ODed on the genre.
