This document is a living document for me to keep track of who was in my whitelist and was removed for various reasons.
These people are not blacklisted and may be whitelisted again.

The following users are no longer a part of my whitelist. They must have some of the following characteristics:
INACTIVITY: Did not giveaway any game for months and lack of presence in SG forums
IMPROPER CONDUCT: Suspended
POOR RATIO: Won too many games compared to their giveaways
NO GRATITUDE: Not returning the whitelist, basically taking my whitelist for granted
