So you tried both keys, and both times it said that they were already used? (i replaced the old one in case you didn't notice, new one ends with X8P7R)
I am not sure about the old key, I really didn't notice.
But for the new one with X8P7R, I check again and steam did say the key is used by other account.
"The product code you've entered has already been activated by a different Steam account. This code cannot be used again. Please contact the retailer or online seller where the code was purchased for assistance."
