Just a giveaway for the community, no particular occasion :)

Edit: since a number of people seem to be asking - no I am NOT restricting this giveaway to people who already own the base game or even some DLC (though ideally someone who owns neither would win). This giveaway is for anyone who does not own the entire collection.

I think it's mostly up to the creator to decide whether or not they want to give the gift to someone who has the base game. They can request a new winner if they so choose.

The way I see it is:
ideally the person who wins the giveaway would have nothing, though I have no qualms if people enter to win the DLC.
