If you're suffering from mental illness, you are not alone indeed. I would recommend reading Jenny Lawson's blog and books. She is known as The Bloggess and her writings helps me a lot to cope with chronic depression and my 50 shades of anxiety disorder. nah, never read those 50 shades of whatever books, if you're wondering

A therapist once told me that about a third of the population was suffering from mental illness in one form or another. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I kinda looks more like a kid that drags my blanket all around on days I'm a bit meh.
Sometimes I suddenly get axiety attacks at random place and no blanket ;_; but oh well.
Trying to deal with it as a adult, unless I'm home xD then it's blanket

Don't you have anything to help you when you're having anxiety attacks out of your home? And by "anything", what I really meant was meds. I've got prescribed Ativan... but usually won't take it if anxiety strikes at work because it kinda makes my brain go into tai-chi mode and I get quite unproductive. :o/ It seems there's no perfect solution. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not really, I had meds once but that didn't end to well, somehow I respond different on meds. I wonder if that's due that thing they claim to be fibromyalgia.
I found music can help too, maybe I should buy a mini mp3 thingy again.
So some things help a bit, others not at all so I guess you are correct when you say there is no perfect solution ^^
